π’ About the Programme
Are you a young person interested in digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and environmental sustainability?
Would you like to learn how digital and AI tools can be used to support environmental advocacy, youth participation, and sustainable development?
If so, we invite you to apply for the Youth Training in Huelva, organised within the Erasmus+ project Engaging Youth in a Digital Green Future 2.0 (EY-DGF 2.0).
This 5-day international training programme, hosted in Huelva (Spain), will bring together young people from across Europe to explore the intersection of digital skills, artificial intelligence, environmental sustainability, and youth advocacy. Through interactive workshops, hackathon-style activities, field visits, and collaborative learning, participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to become active agents of change in their local communities.
π§βπ Who Can Participate
Participants must:
- Be 18 to 29 years old youth trainers
- Reside in one of the partner countries of the project
- Have an interest in digital tools, AI, sustainability, or youth engagement
- Be motivated to take part in an international, collaborative learning experience
- Be willing to act as multipliers, sharing the projectβs values and outcomes after the training
Gender balance and the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities will be prioritised.
π π Programme Highlights
Day 1β2: AI-Enhanced Learning Campus
- Introduction to the EY-DGF 2.0 project
- Digital literacy and humanβAI collaboration
- Responsible and ethical use of AI
- Applying AI tools to learning, advocacy, and sustainability challenges
Day 3β4: AI Impact Incubator (Hackathon)
- Team-based challenge on AI for sustainability and the SDGs
- Hands-on prototyping using digital and AI tools
- Mentoring, testing, and refinement of ideas
- Field visits to local sustainability and/or technology initiatives in Huelva
Day 5: Policy, Communication & Future Action
- Youth engagement in European policies (Green Deal, Agenda 2030)
- Project presentations and feedback
- Action planning for Green Awareness Days and local dissemination
- Closing session and certification
π‘ Methodology
The training programme is based on non-formal and informal education, combining:
- Interactive workshops and guided MOOC sessions
- Hackathon and incubator-style teamwork
- Field visits and real-life learning experiences
- Group discussions, reflection, and action planning
π An online preparatory session will be organised prior to the training and is mandatory for all selected participants.

By participating in this training, you will:
- Strengthen your digital and AI-related competences
- Learn how to use digital tools for environmental advocacy and activism
- Increase your understanding of EU policies such as the European Green Deal and the 2030 Agenda
- Develop teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills

- Certification: Europass participation certificates will be provided
- Costs: Travel, accommodation, and meals are covered according to Erasmus+ rules
