OPEN CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS
Participation Days: Sustainable & Green Energy
Kaunas, Lithuania | 14-16 May (plus travel days)
Application Deadline: 25 March 2026
We are inviting young people aged 15–29 from Serbia, Greece, Slovenia, Lithuania, and Spain to apply for an international mobility event focusing on Sustainable and Green Energy. The Participation Days will explore how young people can actively contribute to making the energy sector more sustainable, in line with the European Green Deal.
This activity is part of the Erasmus+ project Engaging Youth in Digital Green Future 2.0 (EY-DGF 2.0), which empowers young people across Europe to take part in shaping sustainable transitions through education, dialogue, and innovation. As part of the project, the online platform Greenovate (www.greenovate.online) has been launched to support and connect youth-led climate initiatives and learning across the continent.
What to Expect in Lithuania?
During the program in Kaunas, participants will:
- Explore sustainable energy solutions and green technologies shaping the European Green Deal
- Engage in workshops, discussions, and simulations on energy policy and sustainable transitions
- Share ideas and collaborate with peers from different countries
- Connect theory with practice through interactive exercises and local visits
This immersive program will combine expert input with peer learning, helping participants develop skills, knowledge, and networks to take action at local and European levels.
